My urine was very yellow with a dark past few days. I think I do not know why, but I wanted some advice. I had a kind of flu since last Thursday and today is the first day I feel so much better. Everything that I joined at that time the water and not much of it. I've heard that your urine can be very dark, if you are dehydrated, so it could be the problem. But how long will it take before the "normality" back and how much I drink to rehydrate myself?
