The problem is the E90 (or E46) tire sizes are slightly larger than the E36.

Yes you can. but it costs a lot and seems a bit silly to me. Every time I see it in every car unfortunate to think that no one is a new car in order to comply with new wheels on your old car share can afford.
I think it is better (and cheaper) to use just about the tire service. BMW prices are crazy for their OEM wheels
