I have a product called "Colon Cleanse", which I bought from health food store. I took painkillers for this year and solve the problem. Or you can ask your doctor for colas, which is a recipe. Did you have insurance, this would probably the way to preffered (no pun intended) to go, because it can save a small sum of $.
Good luck.

First, constipation should be evaluated by a doctor to rule out any serious problems.
Everyone is different, but most providers of health services and the media will always beat fiber in your diet. One possibility is the bran cereal, such as cereal can be eaten, has on other foods such as bread, etc., fruits, vegetables and whole grains. They also increase their exercise, if possible, and many (if not drinking) to a diet with fluid restriction.

We have the sound of grain in the recipe below is working for a unit of the nursing home qualified for the fully and disadvantages of laxatives and constipation very tasty: http://www.med. umn.edu / img / assets/6922 / N ... the recipe: Try to indicate a mixture of prune juice cocktail, applesauce, ½ cup, 2 tablespoons of bran and 4-6

Make sure your diet contains plenty of fiber and water. A high fiber cereals like All-Bran and Fiber One for breakfast. Drink at least 8 of water per day. It can also be a glass of plum juice into your daily routine and a plasticizer over-the-counter stool. Fruits and vegetables also add fiber.
